September 9, 2007 In an intense game with a very nice second half, tied 1-1 with Pumas Necaxa in Victoria Stadium where the crowd was mostly college.
After an unfairly disallowed goal, Pumas took the lead at the end of the first Solari time goal, but Necaxa was improving in the second, missed a penalty and ended up tying Giménez Silvera through exchange entered. The Rays closed very strong and nothing will take the 3 points.
